Recent News and Performance Highlights

June 2011

Sunday afternoon performances at the Wisconsin Wine and Cheese Chalet in Edgerton, WI. The weather was great and they have a great selection of Wisconsin wine and cheese.

March 2011

Steven was delighted to perform recently at one of his favorite types of events at the Olbrich Gardens in Madison, WI. Their exlcusive Indulgence Wine and Chocolate Tasting was a sold out gala featuring the best in Wisconsin Wine and Chocolate.

Steven Meyer performed at the UW Madison Global Health symposium. Performances included both guitar and piano.

Steven is also busy fine tuning compositions for his next solo fingerstyle guitar CD. The next release will feature a cross-genre fusion of classical and jazz, and a few new original compositions. More details to follow.

Also, watch for new videos of Steven performing his most requested selections. The first series will be live performance, followed by studio versions. It is always exciting to promote the art of fingerstyle guitar to a new audience.

Steven Meyer Is Featured Soloist for Annual UW Wisconsin Global Health Symposium. Steven's program included selections performed on guitar for the first set and piano for the second set.

Steven's CD in Fingerstyle Guitar Magazine

In August, 2006 Steven Meyer Plays Guitar Ad Campaign Begins August 2006 in Fingerstyle Guitar Magazine. Steven Meyer Plays Guitar Ad Has Appeared in Issues #62, #63, #64 and #65 February, 2007.
UPDATE: The first CD was intended to showcase my focus on fingerstyle guitar and to get more local gigs. Soon after it's release, the world of digital distribution expanded, and I am delighted that my selections are still being downloaded on iTunes and other on-line music sites.
